Print out two copies, one for reference.

Hide the “treasure” in the kitchen freezer.

Give the YW the first clue. When they look up the reference it should give them enough clues to find the next clue.

[You may want to omit Nehemia 8:4 and put D&C 99:5 in the gym instead. In spite of repeated pleadings, my Beehives seemed unable to contain themselves and dashed through the chapel to get the next clue. No other clues involve the chapel.]
