We are planning a carnival based on the Strength of Youth pamphlet! We want booths for each of the topics, minus Sexual Purity. This will be part of a stake activity. We plan to have the carnival for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours, and then finish the activity with a shorter-than-usual dance. We are going to string Christmas lights across cultural hall (we think) and want the
booths to circle it, leaving the "dance floor" in the center.

Their rewards will be coupons for their refreshments for the night. These will also be typical carnival-type foods like nachos, hot dogs, lemonade, etc.

For dividers we have used the classroom dividers in the gym, or put blankets over the blackboards. We have even set up those tents that are just sort of for shading purposes to give a sort of separate look.

For games you could go through the pamphlet and look at the titles, for instance for Agency & Accountability you could put a bunch of gummy bears in a jar to 'count' and the person who guesses how many there are in the jar could win it at the end of the night.

For Physical Health you could do like a short obstacle course , jumping rope, and that sort of thing, or you could even do something with the refreshments and use that area for physical health and serve healthy refreshments.

Service to others could have a station where you do a quick and easy service project, even if it is thank you notes for the Bishopric or even have a quilt put up to tie . (Fleece Blankets)

I would think of things that are at a carnival and then go from there and try to make them go with something from the list.
Pop balloons with a dart
Duck pond
Bean bag toss
Fish Pond (have fishing poles and someone puts a prize on the clothespin hook)

An idea off the top of my head for your booth activities: For the booth on honesty, you could have a ring toss with a "blind" booth monitor (blindfolded). The youth could then have the option when they took their turns as to whether or not they reported to the monitor whether or not they made their shots.
