Here is a fun drink idea. . . . Make 6
different colors of Kool-Aid. . . .blue, red, green, orange, yellow, purple. {You
might want to assign this out unless you have a bazillion ice cube trays!!!} Freeze
each color into ice-cubes. Store in zip-loc bags. When ready to serve, put ice cubes in
small cups and pour well chilled Sprite {Faith} over them. Put coordinating colors in
cups. . . .green and red might make a brown drink!!!
I'm a confetti person, and I love to put "edible" confetti on any table. Just
sprinkle all over tables . . . .skittles, M & M's, lifesavers, the possibilities are
endless and people love to sit and eat the confetti!!!

This is the absolute best punch recipe ever. I serve it all
the time. I served it at a bridal shower that I helped with. The bride then and
there changed the punch that she was serving at her reception a few weeks later to the one
that I had brought. :)
Strawberry Lime Punch
1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
1/2 cup orange juice
2 Tablespoons lime juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 package (10 ounces) frozen sliced strawberries with sugar, thawed
4 1/2 cups lemon-lime soda
You can mix the first 5 ingredients together ahead of time
and keep in a bowl or a pitcher and then add the soda just before you serve it. This helps
when you are serving lots of people and have to keep the punch coming pretty quickly.

6 cups water
Boil until sugar dissolves, then add:
48 oz. can pineapple juice
12 oz. can orange juice (undiluted)
6 oz. can lemonade (undiluted)
4-6 mashed bananas
Freeze until slushy

Oahu Frappe
2 cups sugar
3 cups water
3 cups orange juice
48 oz. can pineapple juice
Boil sugar and water five minutes. Cool slightly. Then add
orange and pineapple juices. Freeze. Serve with ginger ale.

Grape Frost
1/2 cup grape juice
1/2 cup pineapple
sherbet
1 cup Seven-up
Mix in blender.

Peach Cooler
1 peach, peeled and cut up
1 cup milk
2 T sugar
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1 cup Seven-up or ginger ale
Blend until smooth

Orange Julius
6 oz. can orange juice
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
8 or 9 ice cubes
1 egg (optional)
Blend for one minute and serve.

Lime Slush Punch
2 c. sugar
8 c. water
12 oz. can frozen limeade
5 fresh limes, juiced
24 oz.. Seven-up
Heat sugar and water until dissolved. Add lime juice. Pour
into a shallow pan and freeze. To serve, break into slush, and add Seven-up.

Raspberry Hurricane
1 cup milk
1/2 cup raspberries
1 cup Seven-Up
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Blend in blender until smooth. Serve in a glass with a scoop
of ice cream. Makes one serving.

Delicious punch:
1 can Strawberry (or other) juice concentrate
several scoops of vanilla ice cream
4 liters of lemon-lime pop
Mix altogether and enjoy. To decrease foam, pour pop in
slowly or put ice cream in last. If it seems too sweet, dilute the juice with 1-3 cans of
water when using in the punch.

A really easy and favorite punch I like to use is equal
parts white grape juice and ginger ale. Float strawberries or raspberries in it.

Valentine's Punch:
1 Raspberry kool-aid
1 Strawberry kool-aid
1 6 oz. frozen orange juice
1 6 oz. frozen lemonade
2 cups sugar
3 qt. water
1 qt. ginger-ale
1 1/2 gal. Raspberry Sherbet
Mix together. Add the last 2 ingredients just before
serving.

I found cans of Bear Creek "Blender Buddies Peach
Smoothie Drink Mix" at Costco, but
didn't like the recipe on the can, so I created this one and it's become our favorite.
1/3 cup Blender Buddy mix
2/3 cup vanilla ice cream (we like to use sugar-free low-fat ice cream)
6 oz fat free fruit yogurt (we like using orange creamsicle)
1/2 cup orange/guava juice
Blend until well-mixed. Add 1 1/2 cup crushed ice. Blend for another 2
minutes. Makes 2 servings.

WHITE CHRISTMAS PUNCH
1 (6oz.) can frozen limeade, diluted
8 c. water
3 c. sugar
2 qt. 7-Up
Fresh lime slices
Maraschino cherry halves (optional)
Combine limeade with water and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves. Freeze until solid. Two
hours before serving, remove from freezer and allow to thaw in punch bowl. One hour before
serving, pour 2 quarts 7-Up over and allow to soften. Mash with a potato masher. Float
fresh lime slices topped with maraschino cherry halves. (It's been my experience that the
frozen mixture can be put in the punch bowl much later than 2 hours before serving and
mashed to a good consistency.)
(Makes 1 1/2 gallons or 54 punch cups.)
