I just wanted to make one comment on the tree of life activity...I went to one when I was a young woman (almost twenty years ago!) and I remember most of the activities and games even after all this time. When we arrived at the church, there was a brand new sports car parked on the lawn! It was a raffle we could enter just by turning in our talents with our name on it. This was just a ward activity too. Everything was in the gym and then spirit prison was in the chapel. Then the final judgment came (our ward bishop) and then we went to a kingdom for refreshments. Each of the kingdom's had a theme with the lighting, refreshment and music (bright lights, peaceful music, éclairs and punch for the Celestial and nightlights, blaring music and bread and water for the celestial). One thing that was particularly special about it was the fact that my older brother told me after being at the carnival for a few minutes that I wanted to collect "talents" because it was a carnival of life. I always felt like I cheated because I knew the secret to getting to the celestial kingdom but in a way as members we do know the secret. Just a great activity, I am so glad you have this site so that other people can use these great things again!
