The ice cream 'bombs' sound really cute!! Maybe you could stamp "Top Secret" on the napkins or even design a cake to look like an envelope with that written on it and if possible, a fingerprint? I wonder if 'clues' could somehow be incorporated... footprint shaped cookies or candies (made with molds) or snapshots of the PP book, the jewelry, and the FTSOY pamphlet scattered about- Taken at odd angles...? Or an outline of the temple or the girl in the swirly dress, made to look like the outline of bodies at the scene of the crime -on the floor, table or a giant cookie? Maybe disguise props on tables: mustaches, hats, glasses? Hope any of this helps. Sounds fun.
