When you gaze at your reflection in the mirror
What is it you see looking back at you?
Do you only see the small imperfections?
Or the beauty that lies there too?
There are always things we'd like to change
To improve the image we think others see,
But it's our spirit inside that determines
Our beauty and what we will ultimately be.
So, the next time, take a very close look
And search for that divine, eternal glow
Sometimes it shines brighter than others
But your spirit is always there, you know.
You are a Daughter of our Heavenly Father
Blessed with divine qualities from above,
Cultivate the beauty that comes from within
And your countenance will shine with His love.
