jobs...Including a homemaker.

Have an evening where the YW report on vocations in which they are
interested;

Tomorrow we are having a panel discussion with different people from
different professions. They are going to tell the youth what lead them
to their career, training, job skills, etc. the youth will be encouraged
to ask questions about their jobs as well.

We (advisors/presidency) did this yesterday as part of the lesson. The
emphasis was on education and the quote about if you train/educate a
man, you train/educate him for life. But if you train/educate a
woman, you train/educate a family.
It was a real eye opener for the girls (and for the leaders) how our
Church, family, work experiences all influence each other. It turned out
very well.
Most of the sisters in our ward work outside the home, so this was a
good cross of careers.
