Begin by holding up a prism and ask what they see when they look at it. Go on to say that it is beautiful, but look how much more dimensional, colorful, and intriguing it becomes when you shine a light through it. You are now able to see the INNER Beauty it possess.

Talk about how each of us are like the prism. Each one of us is beautiful and pleasing to look at on the outside, but what about the inside? If we could shine a light inside, what would we find?

Would it be like seeing two beautiful vases of flowers sitting on the table, the difference being that when you pull one out you find stinky stems in one because the water was not changed on a regular basis or would you still be able to smell the fragrance of the roses because proper care had been given.

So What Makes a Person Beautiful on the Inside?
