I have some strong cardboard boxes with lids, patterned, I am going to call these boxes Treasured Traditions, as a part of the lessons I will present  the thought that memories can be golden. I have quite a few myself as I am sure many of you do.  The following poem will be used.

THOUGHTS ON WINGS OF GOLD

Some thoughts are precious and return on wings of gold,
Filling ones heart with joyous many memories that unfold,
Moments that are perfect, but alas, those times soon pass by,
But the memories will return so the joy may never die.

Golden winged thoughts can come into a sad heart,
A smile then creeps to a sad face, and so in part
Shuns away sorrow as thoughts brings back memories bright,
And so refreshes the soul with that needed ray of light.

Thoughts that come on wings of gold from deep inside
Should be shared with others, not from the world hide,
But written or sung about, a souls brightening thought
That brings joy to you, yet if not shared it is for naught.

Golden thoughts are worth their weight in real gold,
If thoughts that fly on golden wings to many are told,
Treasure them forever, for they are of great worth,
They'll bring joy in heaven as you develop them on earth.
