We've been doing such heavy spiritual lessons lately that I thought
Lesson #44 (Using Time Wisely) was one of those lessons where we could
have a little bit more of a lighter atmosphere. So just as a suggestion,
I am putting together a Jeopardy game. Some of the categories I've come
up with are:
-
Value Colors
-
Past Lessons
-
"Time" Story
(I'm going to relate the story of the efficiency expert in the manual
at the first of the class before we even start playing then ask
questions about it during the game)
-
Scripture
Search (also using the scripture reference list from the manual)
-
Get to know
your leaders
-
Possible
reasons for wasting time (From the discussion part of the lesson)
-
YW Standards
(from the FTSOY booklet)
-
Get to know
your classmates
-
Hymns (finish
this line...)
-
Stand for
Truth & Righteousness
I plan on
having my final jeopardy question - Name the
six "Be's"
from President Hinckley's Fireside. I have some cute little prizes I
ordered from Oriental trading - they are daisy ring watches to help them
remember that time is "precious" and put the great summary quote in the
manual on a paper to go with it.
