a. Review previous plans (from minutes of the last meeting)

b. Plan group experiences for Personal Progress

c. Plan reactivation efforts and ways of helping each young woman feel loved, accepted, and needed,including any young woman entering class.

d. Plan ways to involve class members in leadership opportunities.

e. Discuss and plan midweek activities, including any Young Men-Young Women activities. As plans are made update class calendar. These should be planned with a purpose.

f. Make assignments.

CLASS PRESIDENCY MEETING

The class presidency meeting provides a regular time to plan ways to carry out class presidency responsibilities and to receive youth leadership training. "Planning with a Purpose" should be used as a guide. The class adviser and member of the Young Women presidency assigned to that age group meet with the class presidency. A member of the class presidency conducts the meeting.
