*(Tips for the
udderly cow-nscientious leader)*
* Cow-mitted - Serve the Lord, the YW & each udder with all your heart, might, mind
& strength. If you love the Lord first, the rest of the herd will follow. You are
accow-nta-bull for each udder.
* Cow-munication - It's a two-horned matter...Listen carefully when the Lord rings for
you, then follow his cow-nsel. Prayfully cow-nsel with your ward leaders, with each udder
& your YW.
* Cow-mpassion - Don't brand them... Love them uncow-ditionally & help them to stay on
the trail until the cows come home.
* Cow-ncerned - Since us cowpokes are accow-ntable to the Trail Boss for the herd, we
should chews the greenest pastures from which they will feed. Cow-template the trail ahead
& what experiences you want to have happen along the way.
* Cow-ntribute - Magnify your calling, becows everyone cownts! Each leader brings her own
brand of help. When you cow-ordinate parents involvement, you breed success!
* Cow-nsistent - Trust is built on cow-nsistency. Follow the path which the Lord has set
before us as leaders: Pray for His guidance, Cow-nsel with one an-udder & show your YW
you are dependa-bull.
* Honora-bull - You must cow-nduct yourself with integrity if you want your herd to follow
the sound of your voice. Your actions need to be
cow-nsistent with your words.
* Lova-bull - Leaders need to be approacha-bull, so the YW see you as a true friend. Let
love fill your cow-tenance & show moo-tual respect for one an-udder. Learn to love
those you serve, as well as those with whom you serve.
* Hum-bull - Be cow-ntrite & be teacha-bull...Let the spirit moo-ve you. Let us make
the Lord's plan...our plan.
* Capa-bull - You can be cow-fident, the Lord has spotted your talents & with the
Lord's help, all things are possi-bull. Don't forget to spot one an-udders talents, too!
* Knowledgea-bull - Seek out & be well versed in the gospel, in the YW' s program
& in your ward's resources. Get to know your fellow cowpokes & the
individuals in your herd & be cow-nscious of each of their needs.
* Believa-bull - Your testimoo-ny should not graze on the surface...It should be a deep
watering hole from which you can cow-ntinually draw. Be cow-rageous in sharing your
beliefs. The Lord desires all to be cow-nverted to His gospel...one by one. Leadership
