Marshmallow Eggs

| Marshmallow Eggs 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin 4 Tablespoons water dash salt 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 Cup boiling water 2 Cups sugar Soften gelatin in cold water and add boiling water, stir until the gelatin is dissolved. Add the salt, sugar and vanilla, mix on high speed for 10 minutes. Make a small indentation the shape of an egg and the size you want in a pan of flour. Pour in some of the marshmallow and let set for 1 hour. Turn and coat the other side with flour, then dip in chocolate. |
