Decoupage
plates with pictures from the Ensign
Using a
circle cutter, cut out a picture of a Temple etc. and decoupage it onto
the back of a clear glass plate. We also spray painted over the back to
have color on the edges. Use some iridescent and add glitter. Or
decoupage tissue paper on the edges instead of paint.
