sheet saying that these stars needed light from the sun to glow. That the farther and
longer they stayed away from the sun the dimmer they got until the light was gone. Then I
compared that to the Light of the Son. That we needed to draw close to the Son to have
light in our lives. The longer we went without communication or the farther we got from
His teachings would cause us to loose our light. That we would not glow with the Light of
Christ.
I went to the dollar store and got some round bangle bracelets and I wrote a poem to go
with them:
Here's a little bracelet to place upon your wrist
I will tell you what it's for in case the meaning you have missed
When you're feeling alone and blue and want to shed a tear
or something has frightened you and you are full of fear
Look down upon your wrist at that little thing
you'll be amazed at the comfort it will bring
Remember there are ten other girls who wear a bracelet too
and if you find one of them, they'll give a hug to you
You also have two leaders who love you very much
but if your some reason none of them you can get in touch
Look at that bracelet, it has no beginning or no end
You have a Heavenly Father and that is how much love to you he sends
So when you feel like you world will come apart
I hope this little bracelet will put a calmness in your heart.
I also bought bubble. I made a handout with the poem believe in
yourself on one side and on the other side I put Believe in yourself and soar free like
the bubbles. I also did something with a compass and listening to the Holy Ghost he will
keep you headed in the right direction.
